Screen Printing

Screen Printing is best suited for those who are ordering garments in bulk. Our minimum is 25 units. If you are looking to get only one or two shirts printed, please contact us directly for a quote. We will ask to see your artwork so that we can best assess how to print your shirt for the best possible price. 

Need bulk order custom printed t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags and more? We can help you. Here's how:

 

Step 1: The first step is to send us your artwork for evaluation. We accept vector files, and/or high resolution submissions by email. (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .png, .jpg) When you submit your artwork, please include the number of shirts that you are interested in ordering. This will help us assess what printing method is best for your job. 

Don’t have art? Need help with your design? Eight Arms Printing Company can help. We can craft your concept or help you finalize your pre-existing artwork. Artwork fees start at $60 an hour.

 

Step 2: Choosing your apparel. So many choices! T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, yoga pants, and more! Check out all of our options with the online catalog. If you don't see what you are looking for in our catalog, contact us. We might be able to track it down elsewhere. 

Disclaimer: sometimes items are out of stock. It's rare, but it does happen. We recommend having a second option picked out, just in case. 

 

 

Step 3: In order to produce your final product, a screen will be burned for each color and/or image. There is a one time set up fee of $30 for the first screen with an additional $20 for each additional screen. We will hold onto your screens for future orders at no charge. 

Remember:

Quantity of shirts – There is a 25 unit minimum for screen printed items, but the more you order, the better your price per shirt will be. If your design has more than three colors, the minimum may go up. This is because setting up screens is a timely and labor intensive process. We do our best to keep prices low, but we still believe in paying our employees a fair wage!

Brand and style of garments selected. View our catalog for brand options and pricing. 

Amount of colors in artwork. If you are on a budget, we suggest a design with one to two colors. 

The Number of print locations (Front, back, sleeve, tag…) – Adding more placements will increase the price..

Have a super colorful design? Don’t want to order 25 or more shirts? Not a problem. There are other printing methods that we can use. (Please note that single shirts are more expensive to produce.) Send us your design for evaluation, and we will get you a quote.
